Concrete Burial Walkthrough: 100% Artifacts and Achievements

Main Hall hub route — Pit, Flooded, Rotating Labyrinth, Crown Room — four Artifacts of Desire, ending, Protector Entity, speedrun, and every achievement inline.

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Start Here

Quick answer: Main Hall → Book (Pit) → Hands (Flooded + statues) → Scales (gas labyrinth) → Crown (symbol doors) → four altars → gate ending. Speedrun + misc achievements after. Easter eggs on leaf page.

If I am simply asking "where do I go next?", I start with the sections below on this Concrete Burial hub page.

Hi, I'm Vook, a horror-puzzle runner who treats Concrete Burial like a blood-budget dungeon — every shot costs HP, every wing feeds an altar, and the Main Hall only opens when you stop dying on collapsing bridges.

After the tutorial you land in the Main Hall — the hub for the whole run. Four Artifacts of Desire match four altars: Book, Hands, Scales, Crown. Grab them from four wings, place them, walk through the centre gate, credits. Achievements pop on the route — I folded them here instead of a duplicate checklist page.

Parkour secrets: easter eggs.

Chapter order:

  1. Main Hall and blood basics
  2. Mind Scavenger — all 11 minds (collect during the wing runs below)
  3. Pit Area → BookKnowledge
  4. Flooded Area → HandsSalvation
  5. Confusing Area → ScalesOrder
  6. Crown Room → CrownPower (Protector Entity here)
  7. Four altars → You May Request a Wish!
  8. Ending → You Are God!
  9. Phase — Speedrun → Quick God!
  10. Phase — Miscellaneous achievements

What this game is

First-person horror exploration with a blood economy. Your pistol fires your own blood. Drain corpses with R to refill. In Speedrun mode, high blood also boosts run speed and jump height — relevant for easter eggs.

The Main Hall has four corridors — Pit, Flooded, Confusing (rotating labyrinth), and the Crown wing (opens after the first three artifacts sit on altars). Miss one altar and the finale gate stays shut.

One rule: After you grab an artifact, assume the room wants you dead — bridges collapse, gas chases, drowning things climb. Grab and leave.

Main Hall and blood basics

Concrete Burial — start menu / Story Mode vs Speedrun

Title screen — pick Story Mode for first clear; come back for Speedrun after you know the wing order.

  1. Finish the tutorial → enter Main Hall.
  2. Note the four altars — empty until you return with artifacts.
  3. R on corpses = blood pickup. Shooting = blood spend.
  4. Pick a wing order below — I run Pit → Flooded → Confusing → Crown because the JSON route and my notes match that chain.

Before you leave the hub: skim Mind Scavenger11 minds, one run, collected as you pass through each wing. Speedrun recommended. Death before checkpoint = minds lost.

Mind Scavenger — all 11 mind locations

Achievement: Mind Scavenger — interact with 11 corpses that show yellow or green swirls on the head (no blood bubbles).

I use Speedrun mode for this — faster laps, blood for jumps if you need height, and less downtime between wings.

Mind Scavenger corpse — yellow/green swirl on the head (Pit Area example)

Mind corpse in the Pit — no blood bubbles, only the swirl; interact to read the thought.

Mind Scavenger corpse — swirl marker in a later wing

Another mind pickup — locations shuffle after death, so use the video below as the route.

Warning — death resets minds: If you die, progress on minds resets unless you hit a checkpoint after reading them. Example: you grab 3 minds in the Flooded run, die before finishing the area and reaching that wing’s checkpoint — those 3 count for nothing and you must find them again. Worse: mind locations can shift after death, so your mental map from five minutes ago may lie.

Checkpoint habit: Finish the wing objective (artifact + escape / statues / gas exit) so the game saves progress before you throw yourself at optional pits for Oops....

Area Count When on the route
Pit Area 3 During Pit / Book run
Flooded Area 3 During Flooded / Hands runclear checkpoint before risky jumps
Rotating Labyrinth 3 During Confusing / Scales run
Door puzzle (Crown wing) 2 During Crown Room run — after Hands door: mountain-steps room, corpse above landing; after Scales door: far-right stone bridges

All 11 in one life (with checkpoints respected) — miss one or reset without save and the run fails.

Spawns move after death — I treat this video as the route, not memorised corners:

YouTube — Mind Scavenger locations if the embed fails.

Pit Area → Book → Knowledge

Achievement: Knowledge — complete the Pit and escape with the Book.

Mind Scavenger: 3 minds on this route — grab them before you sprint out.

The Book of Enlightenment — first Artifacts of Desire pickup

Book artifact — one of four Artifacts of Desire for the Main Hall altars.

  1. Main Hall → leftmost corridor over the pit.
  2. Cross stone bridges — watch for holes in the bridge surface.
  3. Check three pedestals — one holds the Book artifact.
  4. Grab the Book → sprint to the exit. Levitating enemies spawn; bridges collapse behind you. Do not sightseeing.

Pit Area cleared — artifact collected (area 1 of 4)

Pit wing done — first slot on the collection screen; three wings left.

Place the Book on its altar when you are ready — I often defer altar placement until I have two artifacts to cut backtracking.

Flooded Area → Hands → Salvation

Achievement: Salvation — save all three statues after taking the Hands.

Mind Scavenger: 3 minds here — finish the wing and hit the checkpoint before parkour for Wait, What?.

The Hand of Salvation — Flooded Area artifact

Hands artifact — grab fast, then protect the three statues before the water climbers catch up.

  1. Enter the Flooded AreaHands on a pedestal.
  2. Do not stand in knee-deep water — drowning enemies climb up if you linger.
  3. After pickup, three statues appear.
  4. Approach each → E to protect it. All three saved → drowning enemies despawn.
  5. Optional same visit: Wait, What? easter egg — hard parkour, needs jump height.

Flooded Area cleared — artifact collected (area 2 of 4)

Flooded wing done — second collection slot; Salvation should already be unlocked.

Confusing Area → Scales → Order

Achievement: Order — leave the rotating labyrinth with the Scales and reach Main Hall alive.

Mind Scavenger: 3 minds in the maze — read them before the gas chase if you can; checkpoint is the gas exit to Main Hall.

The Balance of Order — rotating labyrinth artifact

Scales artifact — pickup triggers the gas chase; plan safe windows before you grab.

  1. Navigate the rotating labyrinthScales on a pedestal.
  2. After pickup, deadly gas fills the maze on the way out.
  3. Use safe windows between rooms to recover oxygen — pause in clean pockets, move during gas dips.
  4. Exit to Main HallOrder unlocks on arrival.

Confusing Area cleared — artifact collected (area 3 of 4)

Labyrinth wing done — third collection slot; Crown hall unlocks after Book, Hands, and Scales sit on altars.

Crown Room → Crown → Power

Achievement: Power — clear the symbol-door gauntlet and take the Crown.

Mind Scavenger: 2 minds in the door-puzzle wing — see table above.

The Crown of Power — final Artifacts of Desire

Crown artifact — last pickup before the Main Hall finale gate.

Place Book, Hands, and Scales on altars first — the fourth hall unlocks.

  1. Enter the fourth hall — previously locked doors are open.
  2. Book door (centre) → defeat levitating enemies → cross bridges to Hands door (left).

Red-light shoot minigame — reaction test in the Crown wing

Symbol-door route includes this shoot-on-green / hold-on-red minigame — mistime it and you bleed for nothing.

  1. Uneven steps roomright corridor → kill wall-mounted enemies → climb to top.
  2. Scales door (left at top) → chasm room with bridges → second door = Crown symbol.
  3. Flooded corridor below → Crown on pedestal.
  4. Survive waves of floaters and wall enemies — kill enough for Power to pop.
  5. Exit path: climb extended steps from the column → hug the wall, look down, shuffle back to the door gap — falling here is stupid after all that.

Crown Room cleared — artifact collected (area 4 of 4)

Crown wing done — fourth collection slot; Power should pop during the arena waves.

Protector Entity

Shows up after the Crown arena and in other late rooms — tall figure, do not treat like a normal enemy.

Protector Entity — Entity of Desires in the subspace labyrinth

Protector Entity — eye contact pulls you into the labyrinth; die once, evade on a second run.

She Is Always Watching

  1. Encounter the Protector Entity.
  2. Look directly at its face to provoke it.
  3. It pulls you into a Subspace Labyrinth (columns, bodies).
  4. Stand still → let it kill you → achievement.

Protector Entity Evaded

Same pull-in, different outcome:

  1. Find two glowing skulls on columns → shoot both while dodging.
  2. A glowing doorway opens → sprint through before death.
  3. Achievement: Protector Entity Evaded.

Do both on separate runs — you cannot get evade and death in one trip.

Four altars → You May Request a Wish!

Return to Main Hall → place Crown on the fourth altar with Book, Hands, Scales already set.

Achievement: You May Request a Wish! — all four Artifacts of Desire seated.

All four Artifacts of Desire on Main Hall altars

Four altars filled — centre gate opens for the ending run.

Ending → You Are God!

  1. Centre gate opens after all four artifacts.
  2. Enter → watch Story Mode cutscenes through to credits.
  3. Achievement: You Are God!

Story Mode ending — centre gate cutscenes through credits

Story Mode finale — Speedrun skips these but still counts for Quick God! on a timed run.

Final ending — credits roll after the gate sequence

Credits — You Are God! pops when the run completes.

Phase — Speedrun → Quick God!

New game → Speedrun mode:

  • Cutscenes skipped — start in Main Hall with timer visible.
  • Blood fuels ammo, HP, speed, and jump — spend deliberately.
  • Run the same artifact route fast → finish for Quick God!

Good mode to stack Crimson Knight (50 blood), Mind Scavenger, and easter egg jump height.

Phase — Miscellaneous achievements

Knock these out between story passes or on a cleanup run:

Mind Scavenger Read 11 minds in one run Mind Scavenger section
Wait, What? Flooded parkour easter egg Easter eggs

Entrance-area easter egg (familiar face) is not listed as an achievement in my run — see easter eggs.

Mistakes I made

  • Admiring the pit after grabbing the Book — bridge gone, levitators on my face.
  • Wading in Flooded water while hunting statues — climbers on my ankles.
  • Ignoring gas safe windows in the labyrinth — Order achievement unlocked, I did not.
  • Crown exit without hugging the wall — long fall, short temper.
  • Reading ten minds in one run — Mind Scavenger needs 11, count on paper.
  • Dying in Flooded after three minds — no checkpoint, locations reshuffled, rage quit optional.

Done with story? Speedrun for Quick God!, then easter eggs for the rest.
