Aggelos 2: Interactive Overworld Map

Hi, I'm Vook, a middle-aged coder who likes playing games a little too much.

Today I am sharing the interactive overworld map I used for Aggelos 2 — community-built art, my notes on how to read the pins. Coordinates might drift if a patch moves a marker; tell me if a label looks wrong.

This annotator saved me more than the in-game fortune teller — I still get lost in Aggelos 2 without it.

How to use this map

1. Scroll to pan the full overworld image.
2. Hover a marker — label pops with item name and map coordinates (bottom-right shows cursor coords too).
3. Color code — quick read before you commit to a dead-end run:

Marker	Meaning
Red circle	Boss / major fight (Guardian, Urkiel, Deluge, etc.)
Pink circle	Key item — bracelet, heart piece, spell, hook upgrades
Yellow triangle	Gate or path — label shows Req: ability you need first
Gray / barriers	Blocked route until you unlock the matching skill

Coordinates match the game's Select map grid — useful when cross-checking a video or a friend's ping.

• Before a boss backtrack — confirm I am not missing a pink pickup on the way.
• After a new ability — search yellow Req: labels for what just unlocked.
• Egg / heart piece sweeps — pink markers I skipped on the story push.
