After Mission I, find the soldier NPC near central plaza in the Second District. Talk twice to accept Recover Crescent Tags.

- Rubble pile — left of hub exit
- Behind abandoned cart
- Destroyed house — fireplace
- Fountain base
- Dead-end alley — behind crates
Tags don't glow — walk until interact prompt appears.
Rewards
Roughly 150 Coin (scales with level in my run) plus NPC dialogue. Teaches the district layout before Cardinal Mathias.
Not in the boss arena — grab during the normal district clear.
